Main Points of the Paper

Please summarize the main points of the paper.

  • A new system for identification is discussed
  • Substitutions for current clinical tests must be made because they:
    • are expensive
    • are time-consuming
    • may lead to misidentification

Materials and Methods Used

Please list the materials and methods used in this paper (strains, plasmids, antibodies, etc).
