The overview table will be modified to a TableEdit table and the headings are:

  • Abstract
  • Links (to things like supplemental data, comments about the paper, etc.)
  • Keywords/tags

Other headings should be

  • Main Points of the Paper (this would be answered in list form)
  • Useful Methods
  • Annotations
  • Notes

Headings for the Phenotype Table

  • Phenotype Ontology
  • Type of Experiment (classical genetics, knock-outs, etc.)
  • Species
  • Details
  • Author Inference from Results
